TSB has confirmed rate changes across it residential, product transfer and additional Borrowing ranges:
For residential, its two year fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 75-85% LTV has seen the rate increase by 0.10% to 4.65% with a £995 product fee and 5.04% with no product fee.
The lender’s two-year fixed First Time Buyer & Home Mover 85-90% LTV rates have reduced by 0.15% to 5.24% with a £995 product fee and 5.39% without.
TSB five-year Fixed Remortgage 0-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.20%
For Product Transfer, residential five year fixed 0-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.15%
And for additional borrowing residential five-year fixed 0-75% LTV rates have increased by 0.15%
