Paradigm has added specialist buy-to-let lender RAW Capital Partners to its panel.
The mortgage club says the lender will offer its members finance to foreign national clients and non-UK residents on completed, or near-completed, UK residential property.
RAW Capital’s landlord loans include unregulated lending to individuals, trusts and companies. The firm also offers interest-only borrowing on terms that range from five to 10 years and mortgages at up to 65% loan to value. Loan sizes range from £50,000 to £4m.
