NatWest has appointed Nadine Edwards as head of intermediary distribution within its home-buying and ownership business.
It comes as Mark Bullard, the lender’s current head of sales and service for intermediaries is set to depart to pursue other opportunities after 20 years within the division.
Edwards joined NatWest in 2022 and has over 15 years of experience working across the intermediary market, including in business development and national account manager roles.
NatWest says Edwards will build on the improvements she has already made to the lender’s intermediary proposition by further developing its strategy and the service provided to brokers.
NatWest head of mortgage distribution and customer servicing Brad Fordham says: “I am delighted to appoint Nadine as the head of intermediary distribution, Nadine’s promotion is recognition of her contribution to date and I have no doubt she will continue to excel as we move forward.
“I also personally wish Mark all the very best in the next chapter of his career, he has been integral to the success of the Bank over recent years.”
