ModaMortgages has partnered with LMS to use its Panel Link service for its conveyancing needs.
LMS will provide ModaMortgages with a panel that meets its requirements.
The conveyancer and panel management specialist will also provide a range of component products to further reduce risk and deliver operational efficiencies in the house buying and remortgaging process.
These include bank account checks and due diligence, a speed-enhancing case instruction portal, and electronic mortgage offers and valuation uploads.
Panel Link will help to streamline the conveyancing process for ModaMortgages, providing a database of suitable firms that can work with each customer looking to take out a BTL mortgage.
