Hanley Economic Building Society has launched a weekly online broker discussion forum aimed at simplifying applications and working through complex mortgage cases.
The mutual says it will offer intermediaries direct access to its key underwriters and commercial team via 30-minute Teams sessions “to discuss their most challenging cases”.
It adds: “Whether dealing with self-build mortgages, shared ownership, retirement interest-only cases, or other intricate scenarios, brokers can receive real-time guidance.”
The sessions will run on Tuesdays at noon, with the first beginning today (7 January).
Hanley Economic Building Society head of products and marketing David Lownds says: “This initiative, introduced in response to direct broker feedback, has been designed to simplify the application process and enhance collaboration, enabling brokers to effectively tackle even the most complex cases in partnership with our key decision-makers.
“Our goal is to equip brokers with the resources and support they need to achieve the best outcomes for their clients.
“We hope this forum will prove to be another valuable step in strengthening relationships with our valued intermediary partners.”
