Castle Trust Bank has strengthened its bridging proposition by introducing a dedicated bridging underwriting team and has appointed two experienced underwriters, Jackie Merrigan as senior underwriter and Simon Rogerson as underwriter.
In addition to enhancing its underwriting team, Castle Trust recently expanded its sales team with the recruitment of Tyrone Alexander as business development Manager (BDM) for London.
As a BDM, he will work alongside regional account Sammi Gilbank, to provide brokers across the capital with specialist support and bespoke bridging solutions.
Commenting on the changes Castle Trust commercial director Anna Lewis said: “By introducing a dedicated underwriting team, expanding our sales coverage in London, and optimising our bridging processes, we are enhancing both the speed and quality of our service.”
