Connect IFA has made key leadership appointments including Kevin Thomson, Niall Hebron and Jane Benjamin.
Thomson will take on the newly created role of corporate director. He will focus on expanding the appointed representative (AR) network while continuing to provide support to existing ARs through the dedicated field-based business relationship manager (BDM) team.
His leadership will be instrumental in ensuring our network proposition keeps evolving to support our existing and new members.
As a result, Hebron has been appointed as sales director. He will oversee the internal advisers, as well as the specialist placement and packaging teams.
In addition, director of mortgages Jane Benjamin will now oversee all the lender relationships.
Benjamin will ensure that advisers have the visibility and access to lenders and providers across all the product areas through communications and events providing brokers with a range of solutions.
Connect IFA chief executive officer Liz Syms says: “These leadership appointments reflect our commitment to providing outstanding support to all areas of our business.”
“Kevin, Jane, and Niall each bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will enable us to strengthen our adviser network, enhance our lender relationships, and optimise our internal operations. We are confident that these changes will help us achieve our growth ambitions for 2025 and beyond.”
